the hotel had floor-to-ceiling windows, a feature i greatly appreciated. i had a corner room, so the view was expansive. the staff were cute and always ready to help with directions and recommendations.
the deposit i had to pay upon arrival was a bit higher than expected. it would be helpful if the hotel clarified all fees upfront, so guests aren't surprised.

I was part of a package, and i must say, this location is PERFECT! it is just steps from times square. the hotel room was a great size and super clean. i also loved the modern bathroom. The shower was very nice!!!
the elevator lines on level 11 were too busy! check-in took a long time, and the reception space seemed too small considering the hotel's size. i hope they improve this in the future.

the room had floor-to-ceiling windows. i appreciated lots of storage space. the bed was very comfortable and helped me sleep soundly. the staff at the front desk were cute.
the elevators required a transfer to reach my room. this sometimes felt inconvenient during peak hours.

the hotel's central location placed us moments from everything. the modern design felt fresh. the staff greeted us with such warmth, they cared.
the coffee machine lacked instructions, so we couldn't use it. we also missed having milk in the room.

reception is located on the 10th floor, which requires taking two elevators to reach the guest rooms, but elevators were quick and efficient. there are water fountains available on several floors so reusable water bottles can be refilled easily.

the location was ideal. it was near several subway stations. the room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff maintained it well throughout my stay. the modern design created a pleasant atmosphere.
The gym was smaller than expected. it had only three treadmills. the bar seemed expensive. A single drink cost over $30. the promised higher floor after a room change did not materialize.
